Hello Buddies This is my First Post to this website and this website gives information about Constipation. My very first post will be about constipation itself. I will be writing about Meaning of Constipation and later on i will adding other information about Constipation. After reading my post please my dear friends leave your valuable comments on liking of your posts or how you felt about my posts.

Constipation is common among many people and it occurs many times and it is not very much serious. We may call constipation as costiveness, dyschezia, dyssynergic defaecation which directly refers to bowel movements in our stomach. Constipation normally occurs due to gas in our stomach. When we are having Constipation we are not able to eat or drink anything. When there is a gas or constipation we feel likely to sleep all the time until it is gone totally. Constipation occurs mostly when a person drinks alcohol more than the capacity or eat food more than what can be consumes.

Constipation means a particular person has three or fewer bowel movements in a week or 10 days. Stool or Feces in our stomach will be dry and hard during the time of constipation in our body. According to me everyone gets constipated once in a month and for normal people who does not drink or eat much it occurs due to digestion problem and Constipation does not last long time. Maximum it can be cured within 48 hours or so and Constipation is not a serious problem.

According to the Survey, it is said that Constipation is the very much commonly complaint among people of United States.
